項目概況：
渤中19-6氣田I 期開發(fā)項目新建3座無人井口平臺（BZ19-6 WHPB、BZ19-6 WHPC、BZ19-6 WHPM）和1座中心處理平臺（BZ19-6 CEPA），BZ19-6 CEPA設120人生活樓，與已建的BZ19-6 WHPA平臺及待建的BZ19-6 BOP平臺通過棧橋相連，在BZ19-6 CEPA旁新建1座海上變電站平臺（BZ19-6 EPP，歸屬岸電項目），用于岸電接入，BZ19-6 EPP與BZ19-6 CEPA棧橋連接。
交貨期：
國內(nèi)交貨要求：2022年11月30日到達山東青島黃島建造場地或天津塘沽建造場地,國外交貨要求：2022年11月10日CIF青島港或CIF天津港。
資金到位或資金來源落實情況：企業(yè)自有資金，已落實。

2.資格標準：
★ 投標人所投標的油中含水分析儀應為制造廠家的成熟產(chǎn)品，買方不接受新試制產(chǎn)品。在投標截止日前十年內(nèi)，投標人所投產(chǎn)品應具有至少兩個項目（每個項目不低于3臺）在海洋石油平臺或FPSO上運行五年及以上（從交貨驗收合格日期或使用方出具的運行時間證明文件起計）的業(yè)績，并提供相應的書面材料證明（書面材料是指：合同及相應交貨驗收單或合同及相應使用方出具的有效證明文件）；上述文件中如未包含油中含水分析儀所在設施的名稱及使用方信息，投標人應提供有效說明文件。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法驗證簽署時間、貨物名稱、供貨數(shù)量、使用環(huán)境、微波法測量原理技術，均視為無效業(yè)績。
3. 有興趣的合格投標人可通過以下方式獲取招標文件：

Overview: Three unattended wellhead platforms (BZ19-6 WHPB,BZ19-6 WHPC, BZ19-6 WHPM) and one central processing platform (BZ19-6 CEPA) are newly built in BZ19-6 condensate gas field phase I development project. Bz19-6 CEPA is equipped with a 120 person living building, which is connected with the built BZ19-6 WHPA platform and the BZ19-6 BOP platform to be built through trestle, and an offshore substation platform (BZ19-6 EPP, belonging to the onshore power project) is newly built next to BZ19-6 CEPA, For shore power access, BZ19-6 EPP is connected with BZ19-6 CEPA trestle.

2. Qualification Requirements:
★The water in oil analyzers provided by VENDOR shall be the mature products of the manufacturers, new trial products would not been accepted. Since in recent 10 years to the bid deadline, the products provided by VENDOR should have at least two projects（each project should have not less than 3 sets） had successful applications in offshore platform/FPSO for five years ( From the date of acceptance of delivery or the certificate issued by USER). The VENDOR shall provide the corresponding documents (written material refers to: the contract and the delivery of acceptance or contract and the effective proof certificate issued by the operator). If the above documents do not contain the name of the facility where water in oil analyzer is located and the information of the user, the bidder shall provide a valid document. Failure to submit a performance document or the performance document provided cannot verify the time of signing, the name of the goods, the quantity of supply, the environment of use, and the techniques of microwave measurement are considered invalid.
3.
