項(xiàng)目概況：
渤中19-6氣田I 期開發(fā)項(xiàng)目新建3座無人井口平臺(tái)（BZ19-6 WHPB、BZ19-6 WHPC、BZ19-6 WHPM）和1座中心處理平臺(tái)（BZ19-6 CEPA），BZ19-6 CEPA設(shè)120人生活樓，與已建的BZ19-6 WHPA平臺(tái)及待建的BZ19-6 BOP平臺(tái)通過棧橋相連，在BZ19-6 CEPA旁新建1座海上變電站平臺(tái)（BZ19-6 EPP，歸屬岸電項(xiàng)目），用于岸電接入，BZ19-6 EPP與BZ19-6 CEPA棧橋連接。
交貨期：國(guó)內(nèi)交貨要求2023年2月3日到達(dá)山東濱州，國(guó)外交貨要求2023年1月15日CIF天津港。

2.資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
★二氧化碳?jí)嚎s機(jī)橇應(yīng)滿足《海上固定平臺(tái)安全規(guī)則》的要求。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)委托海洋石油作業(yè)安全辦公室（COOOSO）認(rèn)可的船級(jí)社（ABS, LIoyd’s, DNV,CCS，BV）對(duì)二氧化碳?jí)嚎s機(jī)組整體進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)并獲得檢驗(yàn)證書。
★投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為二氧化碳?jí)嚎s機(jī)橇的制造商或其授權(quán)的成橇商。投標(biāo)人所投的二氧化碳?jí)嚎s機(jī)應(yīng)為制造廠家的無不良業(yè)績(jī)的成熟產(chǎn)品，買方不接受新試制產(chǎn)品。二氧化碳?jí)嚎s機(jī)制造商應(yīng)提供至少2臺(tái)套（限2010年1月1日之后簽訂的合同，處理量≥40×104 Sm3/d，出口壓力≥3MPaA）在石油石化行業(yè)運(yùn)行2年及以上（從調(diào)試驗(yàn)收合格日期或使用方出具的運(yùn)行時(shí)間證明文件起計(jì)）的離心壓縮機(jī)業(yè)績(jī)，并提供相應(yīng)的書面材料證明（書面材料是指：合同及調(diào)試驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告，或合同及使用方出具的有效證明文件）；上述文件中如未包含設(shè)備所在設(shè)施的名稱及使用方信息，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供有效說明文件。為核實(shí)投標(biāo)人業(yè)績(jī)，在授予合同前招標(biāo)人有權(quán)要求投標(biāo)人進(jìn)一步提供相關(guān)證明資料，包括但不限于第三方船級(jí)社出具證書、發(fā)票、銀行進(jìn)賬單/流水單、進(jìn)出口報(bào)關(guān)單據(jù)等。投標(biāo)人無法提供相關(guān)材料的，將視為無效業(yè)績(jī)。
3. 有興趣的合格投標(biāo)人可通過以下方式獲取招標(biāo)文件：

1. CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent”), for and on behalf of CNOOC China Limited (herinafter called "Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following equipment:

Centrifugal compressor. The flow of a single unit is 400000m3 / day, the inlet pressure is 115KPA, and the outlet pressure is 3mpaa, including interstage cooler.
Overview: Three unattended wellhead platforms (BZ19-6 WHPB,BZ19-6 WHPC, BZ19-6 WHPM) and one central processing platform (BZ19-6 CEPA) are newly built in BZ19-6 condensate gas field phase I development project. Bz19-6 CEPA is equipped with a 120 person living building, which is connected with the built BZ19-6 WHPA platform and the BZ19-6 BOP platform to be built through trestle, and an offshore substation platform (BZ19-6 EPP, belonging to the onshore power project) is newly built next to BZ19-6 CEPA, For shore power access, BZ19-6 EPP is connected with BZ19-6 CEPA trestle.
Delivery Schedule:
From within PRC：February 3, 2023 of Construction Site of Binzhou, Shandong.
From outside PRC：February 15, 2023 of Xingang Seaport, Tianjin.

2. Qualification Requirements:
★The carbon dioxide compressor skid shall meet the requirements of safety rules for offshore fixed platforms. The tenderer shall entrust the classification society (ABS, Floyd_EpSingleQuotes_s, DNV, CCS, BV) recognized by the offshore oil operation safety office (COOOSO) to inspect the whole carbon dioxide compressor unit and obtain the inspection certificate.
★The tenderer shall be the manufacturer of carbon dioxide compressor skid or its authorized skid builder. The carbon dioxide compressor offered by the bidder shall be mature products without bad performance of the manufacturer, and the buyer will not accept new trial products. The carbon dioxide compressor manufacturer shall provide at least 2 sets (limited to contracts signed after January 1, 2010, processing capacity of ≥ 40×104 SM3/d, outlet pressure ≥3MpaA) centrifugal compressor performance in petrochemical industry for more than 2 years (calculated from the date of commissioning acceptance or the operation time certificate issued by the user), and provide corresponding written materials (written materials refer to the contract and commissioning test report, or the valid certificate issued by the contract and the user); If the above documents do not contain the name and user information of the facilities where the equipment is located, the tenderer shall provide effective description documents. In order to verify the tenderer_EpSingleQuotes_s performance, the tenderee has the right to require the tenderer to further provide relevant supporting materials before awarding the contract, including but not limited to certificates, invoices, bank receipts / flow sheets, import and export customs declaration documents issued by the third-party classification society.
